Mandement publié au Peron de Liege au son de trompette & mis en garde de loi ce 2 juin 1768... Charles par la grace de Dieu, evêque & prince de Liege ... les trois corps de nos etats de notre pays de Liége & comté de Looz, après mûre délibération sur les moyens de pourvoir aux inconvénients qui arrivent tous les jours au sujet des personnes qui sont en procès contre eux ... donné en notre conseil-privé ce 21 mai 1768.
